INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Please email us within 7 days of delivery for any return requests.
We don't offer exchanges for international purchases. You may send your item back for a refund and re-purchase again. Any shipping costs will not be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund due to a faulty product, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You will be responsible for paying any customs and taxes owed. This amount is not calculated at checkout. HUT is not responsible for paying any fees and if left unpaid the item will be sent back to us at the customers expense.
Once departed from our warehouse HUT is no longer liable for any parcels stolen, missing or damaged. If concerned we recommend purchasing additional shipping insurance.
