What size would I be in your Boyfriend Linen Shirt?

The Boyfriend Shirt is an oversized shirt, made to look and feel relaxed. 

On all of the Boyfriend shirts descriptions they have a link to the “garment measurements” please use this as a tool to guide you. Our models are all wearing a size Small.

Some customers go down one size in this shirt depending on how they want it styled.  Please be very mindful of this as when you do an exchange on an item you are charged a $10 postage fee and a $4 restock fee. 

 

How long will my order take to be be delivered?

Once our orders are received we will dispatch within 24 hours. 

Standard shipping will be delivered between 7-10 days.

Express shipping will be delivered between 3-5 days. 

NZ deliveries. All NZ deliveries are sent through Australia Post Express International and delivered between 5-10 days. 

 

Can I buy your product if I am international?

You can buy our brand in Australia and New Zealand. 

 

How do I return or exchange my order?

Once you receive your order we ask that you contact us within 7 days if you have a change of mind. Please email hello@hutclothing.com with your exchange or refund request, name and order number. 

All returns must be in original condition with tags attached. Please reference your order number and send to;

Please allow up to 5 days for your unwanted garment to be assessed before a refund or exchange can be authorised. 

 

Can I return a sale item for exchange or refund?

No. No exchanges or refunds on sale items unless deemed faulty. 

 

Do you have a pre order list for pieces that are coming soon?

No we do not. However if you subscribe to your newsletter you will be fist to know when we have new products, release dates, discount offers, new items added to sale. 

 

Do you restock items that are sold out?

We make limited quantities to keep them exclusive to our HUT customers. So if you like something and it is still available in your size we recommend purchasing as soon as you can because it will not be restocked. 

 

Do you sell Gift Cards?

Yes. You will find these under the “all products” tab. Also in the search tab. 

 

Can I change from standard post to express post after I have placed my order?

No unfortunately we can not change this once it has gone through its sale.

 

Have you made a mistake on your order?

Please notify us as soon as you can VIA email if you have made a mistake when placing your order. Please provide your name, order number and the issue you have and send to the following email address hello@hutclothing.com 

 

Can I request my order to come in a specific time frame?

No, our orders are processed within 24 hours of your purchase. We cannot hold orders. 

 

Are you contacting us for help?

Here at HUT we are always here to help, before, during and after your purchase, however, keep in mind when reaching out to us with with any issue you may have, abuse and rudeness will not be tolerated. Luckily for us, this is rare. We are here to help.
